At MUA Makeup Academy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty haul. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Products

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging and securely boxed; for hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items with unbroken safety seals.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
